Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of AllContraX, a project coordination and estimate platform operated by AllContraX LLC. In these terms, the words we, us, and our mean AllContraX LLC, operating as AllContraX.

Our brands. AllContraX LLC also owns and operates Signathing (signathing.com, the free e-signature service) and RingTender (ringtender.com, the AI receptionist service). These Terms of Use apply to all three sites and their mobile apps, and one account works across all of them.

Signathing. Signathing lets you send documents for legally binding electronic signature at no charge. You are responsible for the documents you send: you must have the right to share them, and you must send them only to people with a genuine reason to sign or view them. Signers consent to sign electronically before signing, and each completed signature receives a verification code that can be checked at signathing.com/verify. Signathing provides the signing service only - it is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, and you are responsible for the contents and legal effect of your documents. We may suspend accounts that use Signathing for spam, fraud, or unlawful content.

RingTender. RingTender answers your business phone line with an AI receptionist, takes messages, sends and receives texts on that line, and can book appointments, for the subscription fee shown at checkout. Callers interact with an automated assistant; you are responsible for complying with any notice, consent, or recording laws that apply to your business and callers. The receptionist works from the information you give it and may occasionally mis-hear or answer imperfectly - review your call log and confirm important details with callers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted phone service, and carrier registration requirements may delay texting on new numbers.

AllContraX provides AI-assisted planning estimates, Project Cart organization, and project coordination tools. Estimates are planning estimates, not final quotes.

Final pricing may be higher or lower after contractor review, site inspection, material selection, permitting, and contract terms.

Planning estimates use internal guardrails and customer-provided details. They do not use live supplier pricing, do not claim licensed cost-book pricing, and do not guarantee the lowest or best price.

AllContraX LLC does not guarantee contractor availability, final pricing, timelines, permits, workmanship, warranties, or project outcomes.

Selected providers handle final quotes, contracts, permits, warranties, compliance, and work performance. Users are responsible for reviewing contractor credentials before hiring.

Project photos, quote records, consent records, and project packets may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy to support project history, contractor review, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

Text-message (SMS) program. AllContraX Notifications is an optional transactional text-message program for platform users who opt in: new work-request alerts, contract signature updates, and payment confirmations. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to use AllContraX, and consent may be revoked at any time - reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or update the notification setting in your account.
