Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AllContraX LLC, operating as AllContraX, collects, uses, stores, and shares information.

One company, three services. AllContraX LLC owns and operates allcontrax.com, Signathing (signathing.com, the free e-signature service), and RingTender (ringtender.com, the AI receptionist service). One account works across all three sites, and this Privacy Policy covers all of them. Where this policy says AllContraX, it includes Signathing and RingTender.

Signathing e-signatures. When a document is sent for signature, we collect the document itself, the names, email addresses, and optional phone numbers of the signers, and the signing record: views, consent to sign electronically, signatures or initials as typed or drawn, timestamps, and a verification code stamped on each completed signature. Completed documents and their signing records are retained as the parties' signed record and shared only between the sender and the signers on that document. Signature invitations and status updates are delivered by email and, when a phone number is provided, by text message. Anyone can check a verification code at signathing.com/verify; the check confirms the code and basic signing facts, never the document contents.

RingTender AI receptionist. When a business uses RingTender, calls to its business line are answered by an AI receptionist. Call audio is processed to carry the conversation and produce a transcript; the transcript, caller phone number, caller-provided name and details, call outcome, and any appointment or message the caller leaves are stored for that business and shown in its dashboard and mobile app. Texts to and from the business line are stored the same way. Caller information is used only to serve the business the caller dialed - it is never sold, shared across businesses, or used for marketing. Telephony and AI processing are performed by our service providers (such as Twilio and speech and language model providers) acting on our instructions.

AllContraX LLC collects information needed to create planning estimates, save Project Cart progress, and support contractor review when a customer gives consent.

Information may include project descriptions, photos, estimates, contact information, project address or ZIP code, chat transcripts, account data, contractor review requests, consent records, and contractor profile information.

AllContraX LLC uses this information to create estimates, save project progress, prepare Project Cart details, coordinate contractor review after consent, operate accounts, and improve the service.

Project photos, chat details, quote records, consent records, and uploaded documents may be retained while needed to provide estimates, preserve customer project history, support contractor review, maintain security, and satisfy legal or operational recordkeeping needs. Customers may request deletion, subject to records that must be kept for security, legal, dispute, or transaction reasons.

Project and contact information may be shared with selected independent local contractors or project coordinators only after the customer consents to contractor review.

AllContraX uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - for example, which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type; it does not receive names, contact details, or project information you submit. You can opt out using Google's browser opt-out tools or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. We also record anonymous, aggregate site-activity notifications for our own operations; these contain no personal information.

Text messages (SMS). AllContraX sends transactional text messages - such as new work-request alerts, contract signature links and status updates, payment confirmations, and one-time review requests - to contractors who opt in through their account and to customers who provide their mobile number in connection with a specific job or contract. Message frequency varies with account and job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to deliver these service messages; they are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No marketing or promotional text messages are sent.

Contractor business email. Website plans include business email at the contractor's own domain, hosted by our email provider (Hostinger). Mailbox passwords are shown to the contractor once and are not stored by AllContraX. A contractor may choose to show their inbox inside their AllContraX dashboard; if they do, AllContraX holds an access key for that mailbox, encrypted at rest, and uses it only to display and send the contractor's own mail during sessions they authenticate with two-factor authentication. AllContraX does not read, scan, analyze, or use mailbox contents for any other purpose, does not make them available to staff or automated assistants, and does not share them. The contractor can disconnect at any time, which revokes the key immediately.
