Getting paid

Card payments go straight from your customer to your bank through our Stripe partnership. AllContraX adds nothing on top of any of these rates, and takes no cut of your job. You pay exactly what you would pay running your own Stripe account.

Klarna and Affirm let your customer borrow the money and pay the lender back, while you get paid in full. They cost you several points more than a card, so they stay switched off until you turn them on yourself in your Payments settings.

Add-ons and extras

Website changes: $5 per change request pay-as-you-go, or $40 for a pack of 10. Plus includes 2 free a month and Pro includes 5. Bigger asks (new pages, redesigns) are quoted up front - usually $15–$49. Anything broken or not built to your spec is fixed free, always.
Tooly credits: Talking to Tooly, asking questions and getting defects fixed are always free. Credits pay for AI work you keep. Weekly allowance resets Monday: 5 free, 20 on Basic, 50 on Plus, 120 on Pro. Top-ups never expire: 10 for $9, 25 for $20, 60 for $45.
Business email: Every paid plan includes one mailbox at your own domain, with up to 5 aliases (info@, billing@, estimates@) landing in it. Extra mailboxes are $5/mo each. If you need many separate logins, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is the honest answer and we will wire your DNS for it without reselling you seats.
Domains: A standard domain (.com, .net, .org, .co, .us, .biz, .info) is included on every paid plan, registered and renewed at no extra cost, new or transferred in. Premium names are passed through at actual cost. Keeping your domain where it is costs nothing either. It stays yours if you leave.

What we will never charge for

Leads. Not per lead, not shared with three other contractors, not ever. A lead fee gets earned back inside the homeowner's quote, which makes the work cost more and the contractor look expensive for no reason.
A percentage of your jobs. What you invoice is yours. We are not a middleman on your work.
Setup, onboarding or cancellation. $0 to start, $0 to leave, and your domain and content go with you.
Homeowners, for anything. The estimator is the product, not the bait.
